From award winning sustainable products to vanguards of the circular economy we think of our responsibilities to the environment at every step
As well as developing our products we also put sustainability at the heart of everything we do to help our customers run their businesses better, save money and reduce their carbon footprint.
Not only are we one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of refuse sacks, making over 30 million refuse sacks per week, we are also at the forefront of the circular economy as Europe’s largest recycler of waste polythene.
We have created the UK’s largest polythene recycling infrastructure across our four Environment Agency accredited UK sites, with the ability to reprocess in excess of 120,000 tonnes each year of post-use material from commercial, retail, industrial and agricultural markets. This recycled polythene is used to produce products such as our award winning Green Sack™. The Green Sack™ range is made in the UK from 100% recycled British farm plastic that might otherwise be burnt or sent to landfill.
Made from super strength film and used bale wrap the Green Sack™ out performs other refuse sacks on the market, with up to ten times more tear resistance of other leading refuse sacks.
We are the UK’s largest manufacturer of refuse sacks and Europe’s largest recycler of waste polythene.
With over 30 years of experience we are the market leading manufacturer and supplier of refuse sacks and ancillary products for the healthcare, facilities management, local authority (including waste management) and retail sectors in the UK.
Our four manufacturing and recycling sites across the UK at Dumfries, Heanor, Rhymney and Stroud employ over 400 members of staff.
